IntegratedHer ("we," "our," or "us") is a health tracking application developed by BetweenLabs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application.

When you use IntegratedHer, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address and password (used for authentication)
• Health & Wellness Data: Daily health logs including energy levels, sleep quality, mood, stress levels, brain fog, menstrual cycle data, bowel type (Bristol Scale), skin conditions, and symptom tracking
• Profile Information: Health-related profile details you provide such as known conditions, dietary preferences, and health goals
• Usage Data: App interactions and feature usage to improve the experience

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the IntegratedHer health tracking service
• Generate personalized health patterns and insights based on your logged data
• Produce AI-powered weekly health assessments to help you understand trends
• Improve and develop new features for the application

3. AI-Powered Analysis

IntegratedHer uses artificial intelligence to generate weekly health insights. When generating these insights:

• Your health data is sent securely to our AI processing service
• Data is processed in real-time and is not stored by the AI provider
• No personally identifiable information (such as your name or email) is included in AI processing — only anonymized health metrics
• AI-generated insights are stored in your account for your review

4. Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

• All data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database platform with encryption at rest
• All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Authentication is handled through industry-standard secure methods
• We regularly review our security practices to protect your information

5. Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell your personal or health data to third parties
• Use advertising trackers or targeted advertising
• Share your individual health data with employers, insurers, or data brokers

We may share anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) for research or product improvement purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time (see our Account Deletion page)
• Export your health data upon request
• Opt out of AI-powered insights while continuing to use basic tracking features

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all personal data and health logs are permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Some anonymized aggregate data may be retained for product analytics.

8. Children's Privacy

IntegratedHer is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of IntegratedHer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
